This policy covers the website andywolfl.com, the Story Check and the Villa Viva Kompass quizzes on their andywolfl.com subdomains, and bookings made through my Cal.com page. I keep data collection to what is needed, and I never sell your data.
2. What I collect and why
Visiting any page. Your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. It's stored briefly in server logs so the pages can be delivered securely and errors can be fixed. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Quiz answers. Your answers, follow-up choices, scores and result are saved without your name, email or IP address. I use them to improve the quizzes and to understand which challenges come up most often. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email for your result. If you enter your email address, I use it together with your result to send you the result PDF and the guide you asked for. Legal basis: your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
"Keep me posted" box. If you tick the box and confirm by email (double opt-in), I store your email address and the time you confirmed, to send you occasional guides and insights. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Booking a call. When you book a call, I receive your name, email, company name, anything you write in the booking form and the time you chose, so I can prepare for and hold the call. Legal basis: steps before a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Contacting me by email. I use your email address and your message to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The quizzes don't use tracking or advertising cookies. You can withdraw your consent to updates at any time, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to me.
3. Services that handle data for me
I use a few trusted services to run all this. Each processes data only on my behalf and under a data processing agreement.
Adobe Portfolio (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd, Ireland) hosts andywolfl.com.
Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) hosts the quizzes and stores the quiz answers and email requests.
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends the result PDF, the guide and optional updates.
Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) handles call bookings.
Where a service is based in the USA, data transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
4. How long I keep your data
Server logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for security, usually a few days to weeks.
Anonymous quiz answers are kept as long as they are useful for improving the quizzes. They can't be linked back to you.
Your email for the result PDF is deleted within 30 days, unless you also signed up for updates.
If you signed up for updates, your email is kept until you unsubscribe.
Booking details are kept for up to 12 months after the call, unless we start working together.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access the data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything that happened before.
To use any of these rights, write to info@andywolfl.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
6. Changes to this policy
I update this policy when my services change. The current version is always on this page.
