To help employees explore career opportunities within the company, MAN wanted a visual roadmap that guides them through their intranet and highlights resources for professional development.

The challenge was to present all paths as equally valuable while visually representing varying levels of difficulty.
I designed an isometric roadmap resembling an outdoor adventure map, with multiple paths and stations. Each station represents a group of intranet links, and some stations appear repeatedly along different routes, helping users navigate resources intuitively while emphasizing the journey of growth.
